    I offer partially self-funded group plans which every employer should know.

    These plans are now available for small to medium sized employers. They are under ERISA which keeps them away from some of the mandates that will be driving prices considerably. These plans are underwritten so they are designed for healthier groups. 

    An employer has the opportunity to earn a refund fro unused claims money but the liability is capped at your monthly premium times 12. Your only risk is not receiving a refund.
